SITE TRANSACTIONS

Any customer placing an order through this website, states, under penalty of perjury, that he/she has the legal right to purchase, receive and possess the products ordered. Customer also understands and agrees that, if they are outside of California and purchase an item that does not ship outside of California, they may receive an alternate product or a refund.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this Agreement for all purposes.
